We want you to love your GreenBox experience. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

🌱 Returns

Because GreenBox kits include consumables and hygiene-related items, we do not accept returns for a change of mind.

However, if you receive:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect products

  • Or your box never arrives

Please contact us at matthewlaw475@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue.

💸 Refunds & Replacements

We’ll offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • A free replacement box, depending on the situation.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days.

📦 Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Simply log in to your account or email us for assistance.

🇦🇺 Your Rights

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees your rights relating to faulty or damaged goods. These guarantees apply in addition to our policy.
